When comparing job offers, I think it's important to look beyond salary and consider the benefits package as well. Health insurance and retirement plans usually get a lot of attention, but life insurance benefits can also be worth reviewing, especially for people with families or financial responsibilities.

For anyone who has changed jobs recently, how did you compare the life insurance benefits offered by different employers? Did you find that the basic coverage provided at work was enough, or did you look into additional coverage through Life Insurance Brokers?

I'd be interested to hear what factors you considered when reviewing your options and whether there are any questions people should ask HR before accepting a new position.
