5:10 PM 		Has anyone here considered moving from a traditional finance job into small-business consulting or entrepreneurship? It seems like an interesting career path, especially for people who enjoy helping business owners solve problems and plan for growth.

One area I have been learning about is how businesses secure funding when they want to expand, hire employees, or launch a new service. For example, a Capital Advisor in Pennsylvania may help business owners evaluate financing options and understand their capital needs.

For those working in finance or considering a career change, what skills or experience would you recommend building first? Would experience in accounting, business banking, or financial analysis be the best starting point?
