The Cocoa County floor plan is one of the most important parts of the project for buyers because the development offers different large-format configurations.

The available plans include a 3 BHK of approximately 2,592 sq. ft. and multiple 4 BHK options ranging from around 2,997 sq. ft. to 4,671 sq. ft.

The differences are not simply about adding another bedroom. Larger configurations can introduce additional spaces such as a study, lounge, puja room or multipurpose area.

That gives buyers more flexibility, but it also means the floor plan should be studied carefully before choosing a particular unit.
