You take a great wide shot or panorama and want to split it into continuous slides for a smooth swipe on Instagram, but the moment you upload it, the quality completely drops. The biggest headache is the compression algorithm. Fine details, subtle color gradients, and skin micro-texture get turned into a blurry, pixelated mess. It really kills all the work put into editing. On top of that, a lot of free mobile cropping apps drop the overall resolution, shift your colors, or force annoying watermarks onto your images.
