A Feasibility Study in Saudi Arabia helps investors and businesses identify financial, market, operational, regulatory and strategic risks before committing significant resources to a project. It evaluates demand, revenue potential, capital requirements, operating costs, financing needs, competition, location, regulations, workforce requirements and implementation timelines. Early analysis can reveal whether a project depends on unrealistic assumptions about customer growth, pricing, occupancy, construction costs or financing conditions. Saudi Arabia’s 2026 market environment makes early risk assessment particularly relevant. The FY2026 budget estimates government expenditure at SAR 1,313 billion, revenue at SAR 1,147 billion and a deficit of approximately SAR 165 billion, while the IMF projected real GDP growth of 1.7% and non oil GDP growth of 2.6% for 2026. Feasibility analysis can test how changes in demand, costs, interest rates, cash flow and project timelines could affect financial performance. It can also identify regulatory, supply chain, technology, workforce and location risks before implementation. Sensitivity and scenario analysis allow investors to examine base, upside, downside, higher cost and delayed implementation conditions. This provides a clearer understanding of funding requirements, potential cash flow pressures and operational challenges. By identifying weaknesses early, businesses can adjust project scope, pricing, financing structures, timelines and contingency plans before substantial capital is committed.
