I was in the same situation a couple of years ago. I kept asking everyone which college or branch I should choose, but later I realized I was asking the wrong question. The first thing you should understand is whether engineering is actually something you're interested in.
Before choosing a B.Tech in MP, spend some time checking the course structure, faculty, lab facilities, internship opportunities, and placement record. Don't rely only on advertisements or social media posts. If possible, talk to current students because they'll give you honest feedback.
Another mistake many students make is choosing a branch because their friends are choosing it. I almost did the same, but after researching different specializations, I picked one that matched my interests. That made studying much easier and more enjoyable.
Also, remember that college alone won't get you a good job. Try to build practical skills from the first year. Learn new technologies, participate in technical events, work on projects, and complete internships whenever you get the chance. These experiences matter a lot during placements.
If I could give one piece of advice, it would be this: don't rush your decision. Spend a few days researching your options before taking admission. Choosing the right **B.Tech in MP** is more important than simply choosing the most popular college.
