I'm in the process of comparing different packaging solutions for shipping products, and I'd like to get some opinions from people with real experience.

Custom mailer packaging boxes seem to be one of the most versatile options because they combine product protection with a clean, professional presentation. However, there are so many choices when it comes to materials, printing, and box construction that it's easy to overthink the decision.

Here are a few questions I've been considering:

Is E-flute or B-flute corrugated board better for lightweight retail products?
How important is custom sizing compared to using standard box dimensions?
Do customers appreciate inside printing, or is exterior branding enough?
Has anyone switched to recyclable or kraft mailer boxes, and did customers respond positively?

During my research, I came across Expert Custom Boxes while reading about different packaging formats and customization options. Their resources helped me understand how factors like board thickness, box dimensions, and finishing can affect both shipping performance and the overall customer experience.

I'd really like to learn from businesses that have already tested different approaches.

What improvements did you notice after switching to custom mailer boxes?
Were there any mistakes you wish you'd avoided when placing your first order?
If you had one piece of advice for someone ordering custom packaging for the first time, what would it be?

Looking forward to hearing everyone's insights and practical tips!
