Doing my 200 hour yoga teacher training course in rishikesh made the entire experience feel more peaceful and authentic. Surrounded by mountains, temples, and the calming energy of the Ganga River, I felt completely disconnected from stress and daily distractions. This peaceful environment helped me focus deeply on yoga, meditation, and self-growth.
