6:45 PM 		I have a keen interest in exploring traditional yoga systems, mindful routines, and holistic well-being practices. Lately, I’ve been learning more about ashtanga yoga classes, along with progressive programs like 100 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, 200 hour yoga teacher training in rishikesh, and 300 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh to better understand different levels of practice.

Beyond wellness, I occasionally read about settings such as rishikesh wedding venues, especially those that blend natural surroundings with cultural experiences.
