After a year of selling bath salts and scrubs, I asked my customers directly what they thought about my packaging. The feedback surprised me—many loved the simplicity but wished the boxes looked more “giftable.” That’s when I collaborated with The Packaging World to design elegant Custom Cosmetic Boxes and coordinated Custom Shipping Boxes with a subtle foil accent.

The new look instantly elevated my brand. It still felt natural and minimal, but now it looked like something customers would proudly give as a gift. Sometimes, your audience tells you exactly what your brand needs—you just have to ask and listen. I now make packaging surveys a regular part of my product feedback loop.
