I’m getting ready to launch my handmade lotion line and feeling unsure about how many boxes to order. I’ve been checking options from The Packaging World, especially their Custom Cosmetic Boxes and Custom Shipping Boxes. They seem affordable, but I don’t want to overstock or run out during my first month.

For anyone who’s done small product launches, how did you estimate your first packaging order? Did you base it on projected sales or play it safe with smaller quantities? I’d appreciate any tips for balancing cost savings with flexibility, especially since design adjustments might come later. I’d rather learn from your experience before making my first big purchase.
