Psychology is the study of mind and behaviour. It is a science that is also included in the nursing syllabus. Nursing is a most basic setting that offers care to the patient, a human being. A nurse's knowledge of psychology supports them grasp the patient and the behaviour. That is why the importance of psychology in nursing is not ignored. So a nurse who has knowledge about uses of psychology in nursing will be capable of grasping the hurdles to change and execute techniques that keep a good social connection with the patients, on the other hand starting a change that affects the patient’s health.
